It’s a really exciting time of development here at People United as we grow our team. We are looking for a new Head of Development, a new Head of Creative Programmes and a new Digital and Communications Assistant.

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

  • Part-time (21 hours pw), fixed term (12 mths with intention to extend or renew)
  • Starting salary 0.6 of £31-32k pa FTE (£18,600-£19,200 actual) depending on experience
  • Remote working is an option

HEAD OF CREATIVE PROGRAMMES

  • Part-time (28 hours pw), permanent
  • Starting salary 0.8 of £30,000 pa FTE (£24,000 actual)
  • Canterbury, Kent, UK

Our current Head of Creative Programmes is preparing to leave People United after nine fantastic years with us, and we are now seeking to appoint a replacement to take up and build on this strong track record of participatory projects and artist commissions.  This is a varied and engaging role, which will suit someone with a meticulously organised approach to delivering wonderfully creative work.  It is important that the person joining People United shares our ethics and values, is committed to equality and diversity, and can work effectively within a small team.

DIGITAL AND COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

  • Part-time, 2 days/ week, initially one year contract
  • Starting salary £21,500 pro-rata, plus contributory pension (3% employer, 3% employee)
  • Canterbury, Kent, UK

The Digital and Communications Assistant is an exciting new post for this growing organisation wishing to develop its digital platforms and communications. It is important that the person joining People United shares our ethics and values, is committed to equality and diversity, and can work effectively within a small team. We want to share our work in bold, innovative ways and the new role of Digital and Communications Assistant will help raise our profile nationally and develop appropriate and diverse methods to reach new audiences and increase our visibility.
