Sarah joined People United in July 2009. She has over 15 years of working in educational and community settings previously leading community arts at AmicusHorizon Housing Association, and as a drama lecturer at Canterbury College and University of Kent. She began at People United as project manager for We All Do Good Things: Herne Bay and now manages the overall creative programme for the charity. Alongside the brilliant team, she has been growing and fostering an innovative values-led and asset-based approach to participatory arts practice.
Sarah has an MA from the University of Kent,exploring the role of digital technology within participatory arts practices.
