We are delighted to have been awarded research funding from Arts Council England for our work exploring the role of the arts in prosocial behaviour, altruism and social inclusion. We believe that the arts and creativity can offer a practical and imaginative way of seeing the world and building an inclusive society. This grant will enable us to develop our ongoing work with the Centre for the Study of Group Processes, part of the School of Psychology at the University of Kent. The research project over 2 years will focus on learning from our project The Best of Us in Newington, Ramsgate.
