Introducing our new Creative Programmes Producer

Andrea Spisto joins the People United team as a Creative Programmes Producer while Clare Callan is on maternity leave.

Andrea is an artist, filmmaker and creative producer who creates multidisciplinary participatory events, art happenings, film clubs, social films, creative labs, performance events across a variety of creative community groups.

Having worked as a producer across the fields of theatre, television, marketing and events, Andrea uses this knowledge to support the projects and communities they produce. They are a lecturer at Mountview’s MA Theatre for Community and Education where students learn systems theory, decolonial practices and applying a holistic lens in the areas of culture, policy, arts and education.

We’re excited to welcome Andrea to the team, and incorporate their experience and knowledge into our practice. Andrea will be working closely with Chloe Osborne (Creative Programmes Collaborator) and Mandy Quy-Verlander (our Associate Producer) while Clare Callan is on maternity leave.
