Becky is Project Manager and Artist. Since joining People United in 2015 and has since managed several of our participatory projects including Humour, Kind Places & Spaces, Kind Canterbury, ‘be kind’ campaign and Arts & Kindness Weeks as well as leading elements of Home, Messy Business and The Best of Us.
Becky champions participatory arts activities, supporting individuals to find their voice and grow their self-belief.
In 2019 Becky attended Clore Emerging Leaders, a programme for individuals who want to lead and make an impact within the cultural sector.
She works part-time for People United alongside freelance projects as a Community and Visual Artist. She is also an Arts Emergency Mentor.
Previously Becky worked at Canterbury Christ Church University, Kent & Medway STEM, The Big Draw and Turner Contemporary.
